Arbeitsplatz in Berlin Sprengelkiez 

[english below] Wir suchen nach einen neuen Studiokollegen, der gerne Teil unseres gemeinsamen Studioraums in Berlin werden möchte.

Das Buro befindet sich in einem gut erschlossen Kiez von Berlin Mitte/Wedding (Sprengelkiez), gegenüber einem Park und ist ein neu renovierter Laden, frisch gestrichen und mit hohen Decken. Es gibt auch einen Garten und einen Hinterhof zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

Der Studioraum hat eine Fläche von 75m², ist lichtdurchflutet, mit einer kleinen Küche (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Espressomaschine), zwei Eingängen (Haustür und Seitentür), eine separat Raum für calls, und einer Toilette.  Der Raum ist wirklich schön.

Wir wären insgesamt 4 Personen, die sich den Raum teilen (2 Personen im vorderen Raum und 2 im hinteren Raum).

Die Kosten für den einzelne Platz betragen 270€/Monat.  Sie haben einen Schlüssel für den Ort und können ein- und ausgehen, wann immer Sie möchten.

 Was ist inbegriffen:

 * monatliche Miete

 * Strom, Internet, Versicherung, Heizung,

 * Zugang zum Ort 24 Stunden/7 Tage die Woche,

 * Tisch und bequem Stühl

We are looking for a new studio mate that would like to be a part of our shared studio space in Berlin.

The place is located in a developed neighbourhood of Berlin Mitte/Wedding (Sprengelkiez), in front of a park, and is a newly renovated store, freshly painted and with high ceilings. There’s also a garden and backyard for common use. 

The studio space has a surface of 75m², is lightful, with a small kitchen (dishwasher, fridge and espresso machine), two entrances (front door and side door), a separate room for calls, and a toilet. The space is really beautiful.

We would be 4 people in total sharing the space (2 people in the front room and 2 in the back room). 

The cost for your space is 270€/month. You’ll have a key of the place and you can come in and out whenever you want.

What’s included:

-monthly rent

-electricity, internet, insurance, heating,

-access to the place 24 hs/7 days a week,

-table and comfortable chair
