I’m looking for creatives and designers (graphic designers, illustrators, artists, programmers, writers) that would like to sublet half of our studio space in Berlin. I’m looking for a single person, a team of two people, or two individual freelancers that’d like to take over the entire room. 

The place is located a gentrified area of Berlin Mitte/Wedding, in front of a park and is a newly renovated store, freshly painted and with high ceilings. There's also a garden and backyard for common use. The studio space has a surface of 75m², is lightful, with a small kitchen (dishwasher, fridge and espresso machine), two entrances (front door and side door), and a toilet. The space is really beautiful.

We would be 4 people in total sharing the space (2 people in the front room that are not always there and 2 in the back room). The cost of the room available is 500 EURO in total (or 250 per single person). You'll have a key of the place and you can come in and out whenever you want.

What’s included:

- electricity, internet, insurance, heating,
- monthly cleaning, 
- access to the place 24 hs/7 days a week,
- two tables and two comfortable chairs

Attention: This is not a co-working space for short periods. I’d like to bring in people who want to stay in the place for a long period  (please refrain from applying if you speak on the phone often and intensively).
