We offer a big premium desk in a small intimate constellation.

With a south facing window front, the room is extremely bright and sunny. In winter the sun shines in full frontal and you can almost get a suntan. If you don’t want to get a suntan, you can let down the blinds. In summer our special (water cooling) ceiling creates the perfect climate for focused and productive work, no matter how hot and humid it is outside.

You would inhabit a big beautiful 180x90 desk from Modulor. The desk is big and deep enough to have space for yourself, and distance from another, to allow you to breathe and think. And there is even storage space for your books and Steuerquittungen.

In total we will be 3 people. There is a shared meeting room with the company sharing the space. Previously inhabited by Paul Kalkbrenners Agency, there is a wooden wall, with a hidden James Bond door, separating the space.

Our terrace is another perk, one could even work outside. We also have access to the rooftop terrace, where I did yoga in the morning during the lockdown.

There are shared tea kitchens with all supplies to warm and eat lunch. A cleaning woman comes bi-weekly to clean our room. And you get 24/7 access.

Downstairs you have a fabulous coffee place, a bookshop, two restaurants and Modulor. Recently a Denn’s Bioladen opened next door. Also right in front of our door is Moritzplatz U-Bahn station.

You can have all of this for 325€ all inclusive.
