Lobe Block Brutal Architecture – Quiet Studio Desks with Terrace + Garden
Hello creative community Berlin!
We are looking for long-term creative co-workers who are searching for a calm and sunny Brutalist Architecture Atelier with urban gardening, terrace, chicken and rabbits in Berlin.
Lobe Block Terrassenhaus Architecture was designed by Arno Brandlhuber + Emde, Burlon und Muck Petzet Architekten and was finished in 2018.
We are the only shared space at Lobe Block offering L&Z / Faust Linoleum design desks, storage space for part-time or full-time rental to freelancers who primarily work on their Laptops/PC!
Sadly we don't have the capacity for practical workshop areas and we don't offer a conference room in our space. But there is a conference room in the house that can be used in exchange for drinks/ food. We also have a huge 50qm terrace, garden, in-house cantine or rooftop area - which you can use for meetings ( Events, shoots etc. are only permitted on request).
All other units are entirely rented out in the house - so no need for requesting this.
Currently we're ideally looking for a team of two in full-time, sharing two desks that stand opposite each other. We also have an option for one part-time tenant with no fixed table.
Prices:
Option #1: Part-time 205€ (net) 3 days of your choice per week, no fixed table, limited storage
Option #2: Full-time 325 or 375€ (net) 7 days per week with fixed desk and storage

Tables, Storage, Kitchen, Bathroom + Shower, Terrace
