Artist studios / co-working space available for sublet in Neukölln from the 14th September - 25th October this year. Vzor Studio is on the Richard Street in Neukölln, 2min walk to Karl Marx Str subway, 1min from Sameheads and the age blush Lürwe, and just down the road from the Richard Place Karl Marx shops and the Cornelius Garden.

Vzor is a share space right on the street with lots of daylight, concrete floors, wifi connection, heating, electricity and 24hr access. We are looking for five people to fill the space while we go traveling for 133.20 euros per month each warm (= 199.80 euro for the whole six weeks each plus a 50 euro deposit). For each artist we will Provide a large trestle desk (four desks are 1 x 2m and one is 60cm x 2m), a chair and communal sitting area and some storage shelves. Each occupant will receive Approximately 10m sq each, please see floor plan for the likely arrangement.

Smoking in the space is allowed, but as it is a share space we ask occupants to refrain from using Solvents and loud machinery or holding large meetings. So We will have a caretaker available.

Please note: the space is currently painted gray for a film shoot, but the walls will be repainted white, the furniture will be moved and new curtains will be installed.
